Rachel Chevallier Faustino
About me:
My father, a Genevan engineer, was an executive in multinational companies. My mother, from Hamburg, grew up in the Dutch Antilles in Curaçao. I was born in Caracas and raised in Geneva, my husband born in Lisbon grew up in Venezuela and my children are Genevan.

I have lived and worked in the United States, Venezuela and Switzerland.
On a professional level, I am registered as a Swiss psychologist and psychotherapist with a license to practice independantly by the Geneva Health Department and Santé Suisse (RCC No E629625). I worked with populations of extremely varied socio-economic backgrounds and psychiatric issues: patients of public hospitals in Caracas, clients of a mental health center near Boston and finally those of my private practice in Geneva, dealing with difficulties and existential suffering linked to - among others - migration, loss of meaning, trauma.
My theoretical background was built on the basis of a master's level training in psychology, three years of post-graduate studies in clinical psychology and psychotherapy in a psychiatry department, additional training in couple and family psychotherapy and, more recently, in the audio-psycho-phonological method of Dr. Tomatis, an alternative medical approach for which I am also registered at Santé Suisse (RCC U153563).
Interested in all subjects related to human experience, wisdom, meaning, correction of psychosomatic imbalances, healing of trauma, thinking and studying have led me to develop a working method based on dialogue, individualized according to your situation, your difficulties and your objectives.
